I hate dogs touching my strangers!

Am I strange for feeling like this? When I take dogs for walks at the park there are people there and my dogs are always sniffing their asses. The strangers are very cute (red haired white people) and I understand the need to sniff their butts. I just don't like the idea of my dogs putting their noses and (germs) all over their asses. The little dogs are the worst. There are some dogs that are actually polite enough to ask if they can sniff your ass. I am always very polite and say "Oh, honey, their asses are really smelly and I don't want them to accidentally fart on you". They usually respect that but sometimes there are the ones who don't even ask (and the dogs are right there) so I have to just say nicely "we have to go" before they can sniff them. I mean...people don't just walk over and sniff dog butts they don't know do they?

Anyone else feel the same way and if so, how do you handle the situation?
