A super fluid is a fluid with zero viscosity against it's containing vessel. If I had a cup of super fluid, and I spun the cup at the speed of light, the fluid would remain perfectly still.
A ferro fluid is a fluid which reacts to magnetic fields. Magnetic fields are produced when a plasma (electricity) occurs.
Super-ferrofluids (SFF) accelerated in a torroidal containment vessel made of carbon with between 8-12 fold crystal lattice symmetry to maintain structure while under massive centrifugal force.
Accelerate the SFF (likely an esoteric mercury compound, bound via some powerful surfactant to a ferrous compound) by pulsing electromagnetic fields, carefully timed, to near-relativistic speeds.
As the SFF approaches relativistic speeds, (keep in mind it has no friction whatsoever against its containing torroidal vessel) E=MC^2 dictates that the fluid will become near-infinitely massive, moving in a vorticular, highly stable torroidal-feedback, creating a gravitic field around the vessel orders of magnitude stronger than a natural newtonian body of similar rest-mass.
That's why every UFO you ever see is disc or triangle shaped. There's a torroidal gravitic drive in it. |

Such a ship would require 3 drives for balance and direction. So triangle and round are the simplest shapes for the ships. |
