The Great Monarch Prophecies... setting up Catholic allegiance to the Anti-Christ?
This article [link to www.todayscatholicworld.com] states some anti-christish stuff... the Great Monarch will:

"He will crush the foes of Christianity."
"He will put out all heresies."
"He will crush the enemies of the Pope."

The last time this happened it resulted in the inquisitions in which millions of true christians were tortured and murdered... as the Anti-christ will do in the last days.

"The Great Monarch will be at war till the age of forty."
"He will go through all Europe with a powerful army, uproot every Republic, and exterminate all rebels."
"He will assist the Pope in the reformation of the world."
"He shall reign over the entire ancient Roman Empire."
"This Prince shall extend his dominion over the whole world."

This sounds oddly like the Anti-christ who will surley conquer and control the whole world.

"He shall destroy the Jewish and Mohammedan sects."
"He will regain Holy Land after terrible wars in Europe."
"He shall reign over the House of Agar, and shall possess Jerusalem."

Also the Anti-christ will conquer Jerusalem and set himself up as God in the temple... of course the prophecy leaves that part out.

Combine this with the evidence of Harlot Babylon of Revelation 18 pointing to Rome, this makes the Great Monarch a prime candidate as the Anti-Christ (or perhaps the false prophet)

But this is also true for the 12th Imam so who knows????

I've looked into this Great Monarch thing,
and it has some interesting lateral connections.

I don't think he dies when he "lays down the crown and scepter" but I think he gets a name change and becomes Ogmios.

Nostradamus describes the coming of a great scientific genius that will help rebuild human society. From CENTURY IV-31: "This man...will be one of the highest, most developed geniuses ever to appear in our present history of man. He...made the decision to use his genius to help rather than to hurt mankind...One of the things he envisions...is self-contained, self-supporting space stations...It was very easy for him to spot this man along the nexus of time paths because he creates such a large ultimate effect...This man is one of the major forces who will help the earth recover from the scars of war."

This great genius will be influential in pointing out the mistaken premises that today's science has built itself on. His ability to perceive scientific truths will cause major breakthroughs in our technological capabilities. From CENTURY VII-14: "[He will] make clear the connections between the physical universe and the metaphysical universe as dealt with by religions." Because of these great advances, Nostradamus describes a time when a majority of people will be aware of higher powers and energies: "It will make every person a philosopher." What kind of time frame are we looking at here? Nostradamus reported that this great genius will show up in the mid-twenty-first century.

what about when nothing happened on the dates mentioned in the hundreds of thousands of movies Hollywood has produced?

* Also the Great Monarch is supposed to come just before the Anti-Christ in Catholic prophecy. In Biblical prophecy, the Anti-Christ comes before the return of Jesus... setting up Jesus to be viewed as the Anti-Christ in Catholic prophecy.

All strangely similar to the 12th Imam prophecies... can't put those peices together quite yet though.

This is making some sense... uniting of RCC and Islam. But I'm not following the two beast deal. I'm assuming this is Adventist end-times interpretation, right? Is one of them the Anti-Christ? Both? Neither? Do you believe in a literal human Anti-Christ?

I thought that part was easy.
His mom is a descendant of one of Mohammed's wives,
and his dad a descendant of Charlemange.

The pre/post/during antichrist stuff,
was puzzling for a while,
but I think when he lays down his crown
the antichrist springs onto the world scene
thinking "my time is come, the kingdom is up for grabs"
and the Monarch becomes Ogmios and wins everything
through the spirit instead.

I mean God never did like kings.

You have made good points but you fail to distinguish two things:

1) the CONQUEST of the old roman empire MADE by the Great Monarch for reasons of freedom and justice.

2) the INHERITANCE of the old roman empire USED by the Antichrist for his own evil purposes.

There are two different figures. The Antichrist comes AFTER the Great Monarch as it is said in the same propheties you are refering to.

You should notice that the CONQUEST of the old roman empire will come AFTER it is INVADED by foreign armies coming from Muslim countries and Eastern countries destroying every people, especially the christians and their priests, and infrastructures. There will be chaos! That's why the Great Monarch has to conquer them back!

When you offer us a tiny part of the whole story to come, avoiding to depict it in its entirety, it's logic to mix the Great Monarch and the Antichrist. I can't help to invite you to study every step of the whole story described in the propheties and the Bible.

All will be clear once the Great Monarch will declare he is the lieutenant of Christ, working for Him. Doing so, he can't be the Antichrist.

The Great Monarch is not prophecised in the Bible, but in the writings of Catholic and Orthodox Christian Saints. It will be a king who will unite the desperate nations from Europe during the WWIII. It will not be Antichrist.

 Quoting: The Grey Knight 676936

In fact, the Great Monarch is very well known to John in the Revelations. The GM is the first of the seven seals. THE WHITE HORSEMAN IS THE GREAT MONARCH!!!!

He is crowned, white, with a bow.

It is so clear to me that I wonder why it's not for others.

I agree with you when saying he won't die when "he lays down the crown and scepter". But I think he will become one of the two witnesses to help Jesus-Christ to defeat the antichrist. I do think Prince William will be the Great Monarch, and then one of the two witnesses, and Kate the other witness. See Here:

rofl

So, you will follow the antiChrist as if he was Jesus???
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 2218214

It seems you didn't understand what I wrote.

I will follow Jesus as He is the Christ. I will follow the Paraclet of Jesus as he is the Paraclet sent BY Jesus (Paraclet = William) BUT YOU will follow the Antichrist as if he was Jesus since, like so many others, you will believe that the first avatar to come (William) is the Antichrist, and the second avatar (the real Antichrist) as the Christ, when in fact he will be the real Antichrist, thanks to the deception of Satan who knows the Scriptures more you would think.

Satan expects from you that you do so because the Christ is supposed to come just after the AC to defeat him. But, in fact, the story of the Bible speaks about THREE PEOPLE! As a matter of fact, there will be TWO WITNESSES : WILLIAM & KATE. The two of them will be of divine nature. You forgot Kate. If she is of divine nature too, once changed and blessed by the Heaven, how your story could work? There is then a misconception in your assumption.

So few people have noticed that.

If it would be so easy to indentify the AC, if it's too obvious to everyone, like you seem to pretend ("William is the antichrist" meme), how could he possibly deceive people, even the ones with STRONG faith? AGAIN, THINK TWICE.

Remember that the Return of Christ comes at the End of Times. BUT the Scriptures say that the FIRST SEAL (not even the second or the seventh seal) is the WHITE HORSEMAN, AKA the CROWNED HORSEMAN who is of light (white clothes) on a white horse. It means that the Paraclet (the white horseman) is on the Christ side, not the evil one.

While saying William is the Antichrist, you work for Satan...Up to you for your soul and the Last Jugedment.

Re: The Great Monarch Prophecies... setting up Catholic allegiance to the Anti-Christ?
I propose the interpretation of the famous X-72 quatrains of the Nostradamus centuries:

X - 72 (in french):

L'An mille neuf cent nonante neuf sept mois
Du ciel viendra vn grand roy d'effrayeur
Ressucité le grand roy d'Angolmois
Avant et après mars régner par bon heurs

L'An mille neuf cent nonante neuf sept mois:

1999 in July. Easy!

Du ciel viendra vn grand roy d'effrayeur

Roy d'effrayeur = KING OF TERROR = DEATH = METAPHOR OF NUMBER 13
Du ciel = FROM THE HEAVEN CALENDAR (cycles of Earth around the sun)

So, in 1999, July, WILL COME 13 YEARS = 2012, in July

Ressucité le grand roy d'Angolmois

Grand Roy d'Angolmois = Great King of Angeln = KING ARTHUR OF GREAT BRITAIN.

Note that in the second line, it's about "a" king of terror. It's then not a real king. But a king is to be resurrected, it's about THE king, muche better, THE GREAT KING, ie the king of the LEGEND. The only one known all over Europe at the time of Nostradamus.

Angeln = old name of England.
Mois = month. On this line, "mois" is just a mirrored image of the first line ("sept mois"). A word game.

So, in 2012, July, will come from the sky the NEW KING ARTHUR.

"Avant et après mars régner par bon heurs"

Mars = Symbol of WAR.
SO, before and after the war, the NEW KING ARTHUR will reign happilly (for us).

July, 2012, King Arthur. Doesn't ring a bell?

----------------------------

ADDENDUM

Du ciel viendra vn grand roy d'effrayeur

Note that the translation is:

From the heaven / sky WILL COME a king of terror.

It means that nothing will happen in July 1999, but that date is the starting point of the coming of the king of terror, AKA the death symbol, AKA the number 13 (death is the 13th card of the tarot).

Also, note that "roy d'effrayeur" could mean "roy qui defraie (la chronique)", meaning who is a great BUZZ subject among the people.

Re: The Great Monarch Prophecies... setting up Catholic allegiance to the Anti-Christ?
Every expert of Nostradamus knows that he used to hide symbols in his quatrains. When a lot of people expect "a great king of terror" to be a person, he metaphorically speaks about a cycle of 13 years, as if it was HADES, the King of the deads, in order to protect the secret of the Great Monarch to come, the new king Arthur, the only legendary european King ever.

To better show you how Nostradamus could have expressed a cycle of 13 years to add to the number 1999, 7 months of his first line of the X-72 quatrain, I invite you to read this:

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Death (XIII) is the thirteenth trump or Major Arcana card in most traditional Tarot decks.

The king is trampled by a reaping skeleton horseman, as the Pictorial Key to the Tarot describes him, which appears to be a personification of death.

and here:

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Hades, god of the dead, was a fearsome figure to those still living; in no hurry to meet him, they were reticent to swear oaths in his name, and averted their faces when sacrificing to him. Since to many, simply to say the word "Hades" was frightening, euphemisms were pressed into use.

Hence, the king of terror is Hades, personification of the number 13. So, after 1999, July comes the cyle of the death (13 years) to destroy THE BELIEFS SYSTEMS through a major event in July 2012. What kind of event could possibly trigger such a destruction on a world scale?

A UFO/ET/NEW KING event...at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

what it looks like to me is false religions and their leaders will rush to fill the void after the bride of Christ meets the bridegroom. the Holy Spirit is inside of believers -- the bride -- and He goes with us. without the active role of the Holy Spirit it will be hell on earth.

I will add a couple things. Christians may not necessarily seem like good people. it is the mere presence of the Holy Spirit within us that restrains even worse evil.

the other thing is the Holy Spirit will still be accessible during Daniel's 70th week -- however He will be imparted rather than sealed withing believers. today we are sealed with Him as a down payment and a guarantee. but there won't be this guarantee during the final 7 years.

this is where people seem to get confused reading prophecies. some are aimed at us, the church. some are aimed at the jewish people. and some are aimed at end time believers during the 70th week. we have to sort out who's who and know who God is speaking to. blurring the distinctions leads to error.

more is being revealed but at this point unfortunately we are still fuzzy on who the antichrist is and where exactly he comes from. and the second beast aka false prophet where he comes from. there is room for debate.

mainly through all this we HAVE to keep our eyes FIXED on Jesus Christ -- just as a sailor has to keep his boat pointed at the star, or we can end up on the rocks, at least prediction wise. we've seen too many false teachings crash, yet adherents cling to the wreckage.

watch and pray, preach the gospel, make disciples. ABIDE til Jesus comes. and do not forsake the assembling of ourselves together -- the end of the age is upon us ;)

The "inquistions" subject is lame. Man has always been
corrupt, it doesn't make the true faith wrong. What of
the Protestant persecution of Catholics? Cromwell murdered
by starvation millions of Irish Catholics and thousands of English Catholics.

Notice, you don't mention Protestantism and their Sunday service with a Bible sermon, no. Satan and the anti-Christ and the false Pope wish to take down the RCC because it is the true faith.

The "abomination of desolation" and the "continual sacrifice" are written of together in Scripture. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is the greatest form of worship, it is the "continual sacrifice." When the words of consecration are changed, no Eucharist, this is the "abomination of desolation."

OP, it's very simple.

rb,

Don't mention Daniel if you can't name the "continual
sacrifice." There is no "sacrifice" in Protestantism nor
a priesthood to offer "sacrifice." The same for Judaism
at present as there was in the Old.

Imagine a second that, Marie-Magdalene IS THE BRIDEGROOM that Jesus comes to meet NOW, in the present days, after several incarnations since Jesus'life. So, the deception created by the false prophets since centuries would be immense in the churches because only the true lonely faith would be necessary...to meet Him.

Re: The Great Monarch Prophecies... setting up Catholic allegiance to the Anti-Christ?
Ressucité le grand roy d'Angolmois

Grand Roy d'Angolmois = Great King of Angeln = KING ARTHUR OF GREAT BRITAIN.

Note that in the second line, it's about "a" king of terror. It's then not a real king. But a king is to be resurrected, it's about THE king, much better, THE GREAT KING, ie the king of the LEGEND. The only one known all over Europe at the time of Nostradamus.

Angeln = old name of England.
Mois = month. On this line, "mois" is just a mirrored image of the first line ("sept mois"). A word game.

So, in 2012, July, will come from the sky the NEW KING ARTHUR.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1483451

Note that the only king known to resurrect IS King Arthur:

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Also important are the references to Arthur in William of Malmesbury's De Gestis Regum Anglorum and Herman's De Miraculis Sanctae Mariae Laudensis, which together provide the first certain evidence for a belief that Arthur was not actually dead and would at some point return, a theme that is often revisited in post-Galfridian folklore.

KING ARTHUR IS KNOWN WORLDWIDE TO BE THE ONCE AND FUTURE KING.

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

So, when Nostradamus speaks about the resurrection of the Great King of Angolmois (from Angeln), he can only speak about the KING ARTHUR! Never about Francois 1st, or Henry II, or any other king in history.

You would prefer to check yourself whether Angeln is England or not. Se here:

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

Angeln has a significance far beyond its current small area and country terrain, in that it is believed to have been the original home of the Angles, Germanic immigrants to central and northern England, and East Anglia. This migration led to their new homeland being named after them, from which the name "England" derives. Both England and the English language, thus, ultimately derive their names from the Angles and Angeln.

Thread: PROJECT BLUE BEAM in 2012 Olympics Commercial ? ?

Perhaps they will unveil their new king via project blue beam?
 Quoting: Charles Lee Ray

Like I said before, I think that the illuminati have NO CONTROL OVER THE EVENTS TO COME.

The Project Blue Beam comes from the year 1960 when fondamentalist christians were convinced that UFOs and ETs weren't real at all, that the governement wanted THEIR messiah to appear. So, these fondamentalists made up this story/meme of "a" Blue Beam Project in order to explain the numerous UFOs sigthings thousand of people had, and still have at the present days, and to invent an Antichrist prepared by the same governement.

But nothing of such happened. The idea pops up every ten years, with more and more strenght and imagination (different versions of the Blue Beam Project).

The whole thing/meme will be destroyed when people will see that there are REAL vessels, and REAL ETs.

Know the Rick Clay's claims very well. But I don't agree with the idea that the event to come in the London Olympic Games is under the control of the Illuminati, and that William is the Antichrist.

What I do believe, based on intel I got, is that the illuminati make every effort to LET YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE THE CONTROLLERS OF THE EVENTS, and that the coming Paraclet/Counselor/King Arthur/Great Monarch (William) sent by the Christ (Jesus) is the Antichrist, as for you fight against THEIR ENNENY.

Why would you want them to be in the middle of the battle when they could, by deception, send you to fight with consent, without asking you to do so, against who they fear the most?

14 Then I broke my second staff called Union, breaking the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 186898

This says it all. Israel are the gentiles and Judah is the Jewish people. There is no bond between the two Israel is a fraud. It should be called the nation of Judah not Israel. They rather do crimes under the name of Israel than the name Judah.

HOW THRUTHFUL IS YOUR STATEMENT.

Thanks, what I find interesting is right below that video on his YouTube he links another event of a 1984 Closing Ceremony of the Summer Olympics held in Los Angeles. I was a "UFO" Closing Ceremony, kinda like prepping people for something in the future. I just know how you guys say in here to watch for symbolism and what not, well maybe this dude is on to something.

 Quoting: John Fn Doe

The easiest way to control you is to make you believe that everything that comes in the future is created by the ones who want to control you.
Each time you see a MODERN SIGN for an event to come, you will believe that it will be made on purpose, even if it's not from the ones who pretend to control it.

So easy to create enemies on purpose...
