Jesus said that children were the greatest in the eyes of God and suffer the children. Children are pure because they are not indoctrinated into the knowledge of good and evil. Some Buddhists teach the way of the razors edge and the idea of becoming oblivious to the difference between good and evil. So are they correcting the sins of their forefathers? Genesis 2-17 but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die God did not want people to have the knowledge of good and evil. (Psalm 51:5) Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. (Romans 3:10) As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: (Romans 3:23) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 5:12) Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. |

The true God has no anger, your god is Satan. so your true god accepts torturers, rapists, and murderers and does not get angry eh? sounds like the devil to me Your god's solution... kill them all and send them to hell for eternity. That sounds like the devil to me. The true God allows for corrective measures that are far more just than that. He does not judge us, He wrote the Great Law that dictates we judge ourselves. His love alone mitigates the consequences of man's unredeemed wickedness. He does not see them as torturers, rapists, and murders, he sees them as his children who may have at some point in their life committed torture, rape, and murder. Nothing is unforgiveable in his eyes. Sorry OP, don't mean to derail your thread but I couldn't leave this one hanging. |
