Ive always hated this theory. It pops up a lot in new age philosophies. The ones who have fallen into the duality trap.

Some souls are simply "new", they are just starting their journey and are more likely to fall into traps. They may need hundreds or thousands more spins in this great wheel before they "wake up" a bit.

Anyone who believes ANYTHING in existance is "empty" has far more to learn than they have to teach.

When the serpent said to Eva that if she ate of the forbidden fruit she would surelly not die, and then Eva flesh and conscience remained, but she became naked, she lost the shield. Thats what God meant by dieing. And thats the people running around, dead in the same sense.

Well a lot of people got lost right there, because in a sense, Eva remained alive. But throughout the Bible, that is not the interpretation that God gives.

That wich is born of the flesh is flesh, that wich is born of Spirit is Spirit.

Ultimatelly, you have free will to decide, if you want to keep the connection or not, but since most are in darkness it ends up not being a conscious decision.

At the same time, you must die as a man, in the flesh, while being alive in the spirit through the connection with God. "Those that believe and keep the commandments"

These zombies/undead/souless people walking around in the darkness, are all those that lost the connection with God. They are not walking the way. Sometimes it gets so obvious you can perceive it as physical manifestation.

Its not a literal interpretation. God was not refering to the flesh, or the conscience. The regular interpration we have of being alive, its human thinking.

Yeah, I've met people who really seem to lack any form of individual consciousness or introspection. Like robots. Work at a bank and you will see plenty.

They seem plugged into a hive mind, or there seems to be nothing to them at all no matter how well you try to get to know them. There's just... barely anything there. It's kinda weird.
