Temporary Monies are not the trouble, it's who controls them, and what they charge to use them. Money must come from Debt, it is at its heart, proof of debt. However the interests are not required, nor wises, any whom ever bother to do the Math for self sees the flaw in the system.

Banks never create the interest payments due, this simple twist leaves a situation where the Banks must continue to make ever expanding loans( Bubble ) to keep enough liquidity in the system to repay the old loans with the interests.

Just like the Gambler sending good money after bad, the Bankers move into higher risk markets trying anything and everything to keep the bubble going.

It's all a Con, pure and simple, Money comes from Debt, that is the Way of it, nothing wrong with that, it's the Interests of the Privet Banks and the Wealthy few the Control them we need to rid ourselves of, by returning the Money Powers back to the State where it belongs.

It is as inherent of a right for a Citizen in a free State, who's credit be in good standing, to be able to barrow a sum of interest free money from a State Bank, commiserate with their income, as it is for any Citizen in a free State to expect equal justice under law.

For there can be no Justice, without Economic Justice.

What US Banks have on "Reserve" at the Fed is Debt, privet consumer debt, that they have not securitized and sold.

Sweat deal really, for the "Dump Truck Banks", they can back a truck up to the Discount Window at the Fed, barrow money at a rate lower than the Fed is Paying for "Reserves".

So a "Dump Truck Bank" can barrow $500 Billion @ .0125%, loan it all out, then put those loans on deposit at the Fed( Reserves ) for .125%, or whatever.

No risk involved, no trouble with leverage ratios.
