Nice thread op .. a lot of common sense to us, but things no one wants to hear ..

One thing I have done .. banded together with neighbors .. luckily I found people with similar thoughts as mine .. together we will have our own protected community .. or hope too .. if we can stay .. I live in the woods but only two towns smacked between two cities .. one that will be the biggest threat ..

Another thing .. we sub pump water out of our celler .. hundreds if not thousands of gallons a day .. when I poured my new cellar, I ran pipes up with spout .. unless the ground water is ruined, we will have plenty to share
