Look into relaxation aids unless you have physical problems and clogged arteries. A raw food vegetarian diet can begin to unload your circulatory system so that you see changes in as little as a few days. If you try it, make sure you get adequate protein such as yogurt, cottage cheese or soy protein (donīt us genetically engineered soy products).

Massage, soaking in hot water, listening to good music that you enjoy, relaxation tapes have all helped me.

Can you unload your work or life related stress in any way?

Donīt watch any TV that makes you feel stress. That may mean almost none, LOL!
