Anonymous Coward User ID: 46096 United States 12/02/2005 09:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Two things contribute to high blood pressure. One is the plaque building up in the arteries and there is natural Oral Chelation for that. Look up info under Linus Pauling... Second and most people do not know this - KIDNEYS!!! need to be cleansed. They control the fluid in the body and when they get toxic they can cause HBP. The medical doctors give high blood pressure patients diuretics to stimulate the kidneys, but they never tell you that kidney toxicity contributes to the HBP, so you have to detox the kidneys. Dr. Chi at Chiīs Enterprises on-line has a good product called Asparagus Extract and this will detox kidneys. Must take it for 2-3 months. Use the tea packets not the capsules. [link to www.chi-health.com] There are others out there too, but just donīt use an herbal diuretic, you have to actually detox the kidneys. And as a side note... chemtrails and a huge contributor to tocic kidneys now-a-days... |

Here is what it says bananas do for BP: Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it the perfect way to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruitīs ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke. --------- FDA says industry can make claims now, so itīs gotta be true? :) I dunno. Just passing this on. Iīd buy organic. They taste better. . |

Treating high BP just as a symptom is what the doctors would do. I would be more interested in knowing more before I said anything. Your current activity/excercise, arterial/heart condition, age, weight, general diet, use of alchohol/tobacco/other drugs, alergies, etc. There are a lot of factors that can contribute to this. You want to look at correcting the sources, not just a quick fix for the symptom. |

wonbyOne User ID: 46112 United States 12/02/2005 11:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Magnesium is the cheapest nutritional supplement. It is the relaxant mineral. Works great for muscle spasms, too. Too much will give you diarrhea. If you drink too much soda/cokes, you will retain water from the high salt intake. 5 cokes a day to 1 coke a day, brought a friendīs blood pressure back to normal within 3 days. I have also heard that there is sometimes something hidden or kept inside the individual that needs to be brought to the light/verbalized ...until release is achieved, the pressure remains. |

Natural foods generally allow the body to get function better i.e. get rid of anything harmful or not useful. .....we also died younger..... BP is not, in the main, a young persons disease. |
