So what we should do is use the worlds water supply to our liking by breaking apart the atoms that form the water and eventually lowering the amount of usable water on the planet.

Hydrogen and Oxygen don't only exist in water, but i guess the polar ice caps aren't really need anyways. might as well melt em, split up the water to keep the ocean water levels low, use sea salt in the foods, and see how long that will sustain us.
