I'll be mad when my barbarian dies (as I am sure he will eventually). I might stop playing for a while, but I wouldn't go over to softcore.

There's no challenge. You see a scary looking boss, it's not scary because even if it whoops your ass you can just come back and whack it again, get killed again, rinse and repeat until its dead.

Softcore is just boring.

But I understand, it's hard losing a character. If you change your mind and want to give it another try, however, lemme know. :)
