OP, it's quite normal if you really exert yourself. You need all the blood elsewhere and Mr.Happy becomes little mister not so fucking elated...shrinkage :-)

I think everyone does at some extent, when I am nervous my dick usually doesn't increase in size but quite the opposite. Thing is, if you have a small dick to begin with then it's logical that it will just retract to almost a clit size.

Listen dude, some of us just come with genetic issues, I am 28 and I am balding. It sucks ass, but you need to accept these things and move on, look for ways to compensate whatever things you lack in another way, there's nothing else you can do.

Maybe not exactly, but I can relate to the "whenever I'm doing physical activities my dick shrinks" comment. It just doesn't completely retract into my body.

Have you ever taken for extended periods of time or are currently taking any pharmaceutical drugs? which ones?

This is a natural reaction to certain physical exertions but can be exacerbated by side effects of certain drugs, coupled with the extra fat. Some of the drugs can cause the fat which exacerbates this more in fact.

Go check yourself just in case but I don't think it's anything serious. Sometimes I too look at myself in the mirror and my dick seems big even when not erect, but then some other times when I used to go to the gym the bastard would shrink and i'd be all like Wtf? or even when about having sex with a chick and not being hard yet the piece of crap would get very small and fuck with my self esteem

Yea this happens, the trick is to make the penis relaxed before any exercise. Not sure what it is called in english but we call it the helicopter like when you spin the penis with the hand, do this before you exercise or whatever similar....
