Re: E-Smokers, a question:
e-cigarretes apparently also poses health risks.. atleast that is what the FDA and others researchers warn for, due to lack of research on the toxic chemicals they've found in the e-cigs..(not that i believe everything FDA says but...)

MAYO CLINIC: The prestigious Mayo Clinic warns patients and visitors to its web site that "when the FDA analyzed samples of two popular brands, they found variable amounts of nicotine and traces of toxic chemicals, including known cancer-causing substances (carcinogens). This prompted the FDA to issue a warning about potential health risks associated with electronic cigarettes. Until more is known about the potential risks, the safe play is to say no to electronic cigarettes. If you're looking for help to stop smoking, there are many FDA-approved medications that have been shown to be safe and effective for this purpose.

Re: E-Smokers, a question:
It's really hard to gauge. Instead of taking 15 minute smoke breaks and smoking 2 cigarettes, I take one or two puffs at a time all day long. I use 2-4mL of liquid per day, but I'm also using 36mg juice. I just ordered some 24mg, so that will tell me if I vape less because of the higher nicotine content or not.

The propaganda just tells us that, like smoking real cigarettes, e-cigarettes are dangerous as well. This is a true statement, but it is also a loaded statement. Nicotine isn't healthy to use in any form but there are less damaging ways to use it than others. You aren't ingesting the thousands of chemicals in cigarette smoke and you aren't subjecting your lungs to combustion materials, but you are ingesting nicotine. I would compare it to the effects of shooting something with an airsoft gun vs. using a .30-06. Both are doing the same basic thing (propelling a projectile, striking an object) but one has a much less detrimental effect than the other.

Re: E-Smokers, a question:
Inhaling propylene glycol instead of smoke is a bit laughable. You know that scent that makes hospitals smell like sterile death? Yeah, that's pg.

You will catch a retrovirus.

The typhoid, probably.

It's cool though. I already caught the lupus, and the polio.

E-cig use vegetable glycerin or glycerol. It's harmless. You probably have more toxic vapor breathing urban smog...

It works, but it works better with a good vaporizer..
Try the "clearomizers" CE4 type on a EGO battery.

The toxicity isn't the issue. It's actually the lack of toxicity. It can drastically compromise your immune system with extended use.

Re: E-Smokers, a question:
Yes I tend to vape much more then I smoked. I think this has to do with the convenience of it.

Can do it almost anywhere and anytime, but more then that, it's always there. You don't discard it when you're done like a cigarette. It just keeps going. And you don't need to run to the store to get another pack almost always have juice handy.

Re: E-Smokers, a question:
"proper" e_cig SHUTS OFF if you're puffing it too much and makes you take a break-
and IF you have the e_cig,why the hell aren't YOU in control right down to DECREASING THE AMOUNT of nicotine as with THEM it couldn't be any EASIER and stress FREE.

if you're only va_ping the tasty flavours then treat it like a cigar and DON'T drag it down---only "roll" it around.

common sense.

Re: E-Smokers, a question:
You guys really need to stop calling it smoking. There is no combustion happening. No smoke. koolaid

You get much more of the nicotine from smoking vs vaping. Therefore it is quite normal to vape more than you smoked, just to get your nic-fix.

I do vape more than I smoked but that is due to many factors. I never liked smoking indoors, and never in my home. I can vape all day in the house now, and I do. Having a plethora of delicious flavors keeps me vaping a lot, too.

Vape your head off. If you want to quit it all, then do it.
I vape because I love smoking. I replaced smoking with vaping for my health and wallet.

OP, have you tried 18mg?
