Authorities arrested Larinda Austin, 47, and Robert Allen Smith, 35, after finding a fully-functional meth lab in the bedroom of their rural in Harrah, Oklahoma home.
They were tipped off by neighbours, who said the three children living there – between the ages of 4 to 12 – often asked for food and water and were not washed
