Well, I try to. I don't want to be eating no 'low' class bread so I would rather pay more.

Not saying anything, you know, but!!

I don't shop in Redfern! I know it is cheaper but.....you know!

I would rather pay a little more for my bread and milk. That way I have an idea where it has been made.

You don't need to want pompous poofter bread ...it is getting shoved down our throats and you know it..........unless you are trying to be blind..........which I do understand. I try it too sometimes.

Your minimum wage is, 7.25 per hour.
Ours is 15.96.
More than double yours, yet your unemployment rate is almost double ours.

You can buy a recenlty built home in most parts of the US for less than 500 dollars/month. Hell. I make only 2000 dollars/mo and own a 2010 BMW and a house with a swimming pool. It's all relative.

Just some facts here.

2013 BMW 328i in the US costs 32k

Same car in Australia is 70k.

A loaf of cheap ass bread can be bought for 79c at certain places.

Fuel is still typically less than $1/liter and in some places less than 70c/liter.

Everything costs half as much so it's not surprising that the minimum wage is half as much.

i use to run a lawnmowing business.back then it was a great way to get started, low initial expense, low overheads, high profits, low cost to clients.since then, fuel prices are near double, tipping prices are up 750%,these being the two biggest costs in running the business.if you pass this cost onto the client,it becomes an indirect tax on them [the majority of which are elderly].i now make 45$ an hour landscaping but am i worth that,no,i'm just maintaining my margins.the rest is stolen and divided up between the leeches in the corporatist system.the black market is the only fair system today.weed is still 250 an ounce.
