oh, I remember: Obama's Presidency coincides w/ Chester B Arthur's 3.5 year term where it was discovered that he was actually a British Citizen!

He was never thought to have been british born but there was some question of whether he was born in Canada as the border between the two countries in the area was changed often and was not pinned down completely until around the time of his birth.
