Depending on the length of time and direction of wind, there should be increases in CPM shown at surrounding stations.

I would like to think that it is a glitch but the number does change.

Look at the Alerts on that website. The last false read/error they had was 500 in Colorado. This read is over 6000. Seriously, what the hell is causing that kind of read?

Are there any other websites that provide similar data? If a nuke went off or a nuke station blew, I think we would know by now.

As far as I can tell there are no active nuclear energy facilities in Indiana. There are a couple currently in the process of being shut down but nothing known to be in operation.
