How have you formed the idea that I'm a 'babbling moron'? Can you genuinely not see a difference between gently clipping someone with a piece of paper, and throwing water in someone's face before slapping someone else hard in the face three times?
Sure, if this ex-special forces soldier wants to file a police report complaining of the vicious paper-based assault he received then that's fine, but from what I hear he's on the run at the moment.
