A business savvy guy first who will maybe encourage business to the USA, something Obama hasn't. Relax you paranoid people. He can go to church where ever he wants after work! He might be good. JMHO Wish he thought like Ron Paul though. |

If you believe any candidate isn't worthy you shouldn't be voting. People who vote just to vote are idiots. And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it. I am an evil giraffe, and I shall eat more leaves from this tree than perhaps I should, so that other giraffes may die. |

The authority to do His work on Earth - baptism, healing ofnthe sick, sacrament, temple work, etc Those heavenly messengers were John the Baptist, then Peter, James and John (Though John was different) 7) was later given the authority to restore the Gospel of Jesus Christ as established by Jesus with Apostles and Prophets, Priesthood Authority, principles and ordinances, Revelation, and additional scriptures. The question you should ask is during the time of the Bible, there were also people on this side of the Earth as well. Do you not think that God would want to teach the people there as well? God called many to teach His gospel. It's not that difficult of doctrine to understand. Don't focus too much on what you hear about Joseph Smith. He was a Prophet. We have a Prophet on earth today that leads us and guides us. We also have twelve Apostles. They speak to God and know Him much like how Abraham, Issac and Jacob and Moses knee Him and did His work on Earth to teach people and remind them to repent and live good lives and to follow the principles of the Gospel and prepare to return to God after thisblife. Do you think itbwould be important to have a true Prophet of God here on earth today to lead us and guide us in the right direction? I think it's very important especially during these times. It's important to really knownwhat the Mormons believe before you try and talk negatively about them. Here say or repeating what you just heard doesn't really help anyone or even the cause. I encourage you to go to www.lds.org to find out what we really believe. I can answer any question as well if you'd like. Btw-typing on iPad so sorry if any spelling errors. |

Too bad the mormons don't just read the Bible, especially the parts about not knowing the time or hour and the beware of false prophets. Now we are stuck voting for either a mormon or Obama who probably is an atheist or muslim, because I am not sure he is really a Christian. I think this is to punish those who have knowledge of their "true" faith as we see it but are lukewarm in their living it. |

Go to its source. If that is not suffiscient for you go into its records not made public mostly but do exist. There are skeletons in all closets because humans are not perfect and learn as they go. Look at Jonah who ran from the lord's call and was swallowed by the whale. Lesson learned in his case but also teaches us other things too and is symbolic with new testiment writings surrounding the cruxifiction. |

helpmormon User ID: 15530523 United States 06/20/2012 07:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | [link to docs.google.com (secure)] I think the only thing we know for sure is Mormon's aren't Christian, and Obama claims to be a Christian. He might be one that is struggling, living in sin, or walking against God, but he does claim to be one. Only God can see his heart and knows if he truly is. Some verses I think Mormon's have overlooked Deuteronomy 4:2 Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you. Revelation 22:18-19 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll. 19 And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll. James 3:1 Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly. Matthew 18:6 "If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. 1 John 4:1 Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. Deuteronomy 4:2 Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the Lord your God that I give you. The people who come back who were agnostic or atheist converted to mormanism becuase they said for them that it fit higher truths and was closer to what they found out about the other side (heaven) i also have read one ladys account her name is elaine durham she wrote a book called I Stand Amazed and what she found out about the coming earth changes and heaven is pretty amazing. I would be very very careful putting down anothers religion. God wants us to love all regardless of religion, race or color. |
