SNIP
Qualifed workers retire, no qualified workers to replace them ??????
By Elizabeth M. Rice, SPHR

The U.S. Department of Labor forecasts that by 2012 the U.S. economy will have the largest workforce in the nation's history-more than 162 million people. Impressive as that figure may sound, it will not be enough to fill the more than 165 million jobs projected to be available. The shortage of 3 million workers is just part of the story, however. Millions of other jobs will go unfilled because workers lack the specialized skills required to fill the vacancies.

The government estimates a shortage of more than 10 million skilled workers by 2012.

For example, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) estimates that American colleges will turn out only 198,000 engineers to take the place of the 2 million baby boomers scheduled to retire by 2008.
=======
this article looks like it was written a few years back. Can someone, anyone explain that with all of the retirements, and unfilled jobs, why are there so many unemployed??

25 Bitter And Painful Facts About The Coming Baby Boomer Retirement Crisis That Will Blow Your Mind

It is being projected that the U.S. national debt will hit 344% of GDP by the year 2050, and the Congressional Budget Office says that U.S. government debt held by the public will reach a staggering 716% of GDP by the year 2080.

Obviously those figures will never be reached because our financial system would totally collapse long before then.

So what do we do?

Every job I apply For Requires skills no one should have normally which I always found to be Bullshit. They set jobs to high on a seat on a few people can reach and those people are the ones wanting to Retire from the position

Require ments usually are 18 yrs old can drive no bad shit

and then like an expected 2-5 years of related experience for stuff like electrical engineering, food checking, Just about every job requires 1-3 years of experience for the job when NO ONE has the experience unless some family member got them in on a wim and no one complained about it for 5 years. other then that its impossible to get a job since NO kids from the 90's where taught these skills to Even work. its like a blackout on there lives haha.

This is a direct reflection on our public education system. They don't teach kids a damn thing. They certainly don't teach them any skills they can turn into a job. Not much better on the University level. and the worse thing is the Public Education system puts no demands on them...doesn't expect anything from them. Just a total waste of tax dollars.

Children from Russia and the east are way ahead of U.S. kids and is why they are in such demand. All our kids learn is how to be lazy, apathetic, hypocritical, egomaniacs, filthy, perverted, obscene, vulgar, know it all's, disrespectful, victims of everyone except themselves, trash mouths, gender confused and generally just worthless garbage.

Even if they do graduate from High school and actually know how to read and write they have to be completely retrained by the private sector to do anything of value.

The only thing U.S. kids do exceed at is breeding children that they have no intentions of supporting
