We are somewhat limited with food as it is the stores are hard to navigate, the food items are not healthy. But I have cut my coffee down to tea's past morning. Its something to regulate as the idodide is providing a bit more energy and will see, for I have no functional thyroid, which is why I was taking the drops. And green tea, alot of health food, organic, non radiated things.

I nibble, don't eat much, more or less have cut out all red meats and eat a bit of chicken/fish. But an egg or cheese works too. Want to make my own organic cottage cheese, then could almost live on it, and will be trying that this fall.

Fruit is my favorite thing. When Im hungry some whole wheat crackers, or a slice of various types of brown bread, and will be baking some this fall with organic flour. Don't eat much bread though. Like tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, fruit. And nearly live on that.

For the last year I have been less and less hungry almost like my body is trying to do something different and not into food.

I believe this is the energies coming in and my mother is the same and eats small portions mainly of fruit, yogurt, very little chicken even she said its upsetting her.

make sure you are taking a vitamin/mineral supplement,mine is from foods and it helps to take a natural herb for hormones too...
