Okay lets connect the dots on this one!

First of all here is the description:

Office: Federal Emergency Management Agency
Location: National Continuity Branch

The Request for Proposal is for Program Management Support (subject matter experts) for the FEMA Domestic Emergency Support Team and Nuclear Incident Response Team. Place of Performance is Washington DC and Contractor's location.
This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541990, with annual receipts of $14 million. This is a new requirement with no incumbent. This requirement is to acquire subject matter experts and technical support for the DEST and NIRT.
The support is envisioned to be programmatic and technical in nature.
Subject Matter experts will support readiness operations and perform other support actions during exercises.
The contractor will also perform analysis as tasked and participate in meetings.
The period of performance is for 3 years. The contract will have one (1) one-year base with two (2) one-year option years. Due to the nature of the work, FEMA will award a fixed rate Indefinite Delivery Indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, with task orders to be issued at a later date. FEMA anticipates two (2) IDIQ contracts will be awarded.

I think if you dig just a bit deeper, you will arrive at agenda 21. Move people in designated areas. What better way than to release radioactive materials, not from any real source but one they do on purpose, and then evacuate the areas and move the people to predetermined locations of their choosing. Beautiful plan and the people will fall for it. lol baa, baa. sk

Thanks OP for the great catch!

There's definitely some sketchy activities going on around the nuclear scene.

People should keep a close eye on things moving forward.

Unfortunately it is a win win for those in control. Both sides of coin are greased.

After 9/11, "swine flu", and carbon gas taxes to help save global warming... I don't believe ANYTHING anybody says anymore.

The only time the establishment wants or allows the public to be worried about anything is when they can make money off of the situation or take away more of our rights.

Even the New Madrid, FEMA has been preparing up to butt for that.. earthquakes are vastly increasing yet they say it's nothing to worry about, the Earthquake increase is due to "fracking".

I live in Wisconsin, here in 3 different towns there has been reported "earth booms" along with the ground shaking.
The most famous of which was Clintonville.
At first USGS said "oh there's nothing to worry about, this isn't being cause by earthquakes".
Then a week or so after that statement they claimed there was an earthquake of "1.5" and other earthquakes too small to register that was causing the booms and shakes.
Am I to believe a 1.5 and lower earthquakes in Wisconsin cause cracks in the ground and in some buildings????

I never take anybody word for anything, I try to study information and facts.

At first I thought the whole "event" in Indiana was nothing myself.
However a week later now FEMA wants to beef up their "Nuclear Incident Response Team"????
I wondered what in theirs minds made them think it was important enough to set that up now all all times.

My connection statement could be anything however one thing is for sure.. it's strange and not a good thing if they're doing this now.
They must know or be concerned about something that we're not being told.
All these years FEMA has been around but NOW they want set up a new division of Program Management for the FEMA Domestic Emergency Support Team and Nuclear Incident Response Team.
That speaks for itself.
hmm

Being a native Hoosier and having still a few dear friends and loved one back in Indiana, I have always said to keep an eye out for the dirty work being done there. The state has been for years, the poster child for the facist police state...they have a lot of toys and are itching to use them...so look hard for information coming from there.

Be that as it may, that is why I left 5 years ago after declaring myself to be the Free Sovereign Republic of BOBLOVIA. Hell, I even wrote a book about life in Boblovia called Revolution 222. I am sincere when I say that the message in Revolution 222 has already changed peoples lives motivating some to invest time and money into getting Revolution 222 widely distributed. You can check it out at www.revolution222.com where you can purchase a printed paperback or as with all revolutions, you can download it for FREE...that is why we say we are putting the Free back into Freedom.

There is a better way to deal with all the problems of the world and not only does Revolution 222 frame the problem, it offers a concrete solution, and yes, best of all a means in which to accomplish great change in these trouble times. And...it is a fun to read, page turning novel...you might even see yourself in there...remember where you were when you first heard about REVOLUTION 222?
