That is the point they don't want us to ponder. TSA has never caught a terrorist, but they have unconstitutionally searched millions of us. I want a judge to explain to me why they have the right to search me without a warrant or probable cause. The TSA should all be charged with illegal search and seizure. Most of the should be charged with sexual assault along with that. I do not consent to that kind of a search, and I will not be irradiated just to fly across America. When the airlines start going belly up, maybe they will realize that this is not acceptable.

The woman of Bonita Springs should conduct her own internal investigation of her actions and see if they were appropriate or not. As soon as she clears herself of any improper behavior, the TSA should accept her findings and enjoy the rest of their day.

I am not a religious man, but the bible does say, an eye for eye ....

I live at 6000 ft, and I will take that chance. But I will not go through the dangerous radiation spewing death machine they have installed in most large airports. Flying at 30,000 feet is not nearly as dangerous as one trip through the airport scanner. Even TSA agents are smart enough to notice the increase in cancer for people working with the airport scanners. The TSA is much more dangerous than the terrorists. When we start killing ourselves to stop terrorists, they have already won.

I don't think that's been well established at all. I oppose the scanners too, I opt for the pat down, but not because of that.

That actually wouldn't surprise me, they're under constant exposure the entire time they're at work. It's the equivalent of remaining at 30,000 feet all day every day.
