Sounds like justice was served here. I don't see how any decent human being could send someone in that father's position to prison.

It if were anything like Sharia, then the young father would have done something like the following to his very young daughter: (1) buried her up to her neck in the dirt under the Texas sun or(2) beaten her to death (or beheaded or stoned - something ghastly) for bring him dishonor. Then he would have paid the pedaphile rapist off or had him over for a brotherly drink.
