Plan B (chemtrails and chemicals) would have an overnight effect on an entire town, or city. FAIR USE ACT -I don’t own all the material shown in this video but am using it for educational not for profit purposes. The computer was running like shit because I had so many pages open, and I didn’t use screencast because I didn’t want to make this in 3 parts (but should have for quality) I’m hoping the sound isn’t effected -when this has happened before with the webcam and PC slowing down my voice has slowed down or skipped words as well.
