Yep you're right! I have the most incredible naturopath who cured me of cervical cancer when I was 30. Doctors told me I would die in 6 months if I didn't have a hysterectomy and chemo. I ignored them and went to this lady highly recommended by a friend. I was cancer free in 4 months.
I went back for a check up and because I have really fair skin I asked about sunscreen. She said no no no don't use it blocks vitamin D. Just stay out of the sun or keep covered. I'm 45 now and have perfect skin. No sun spots no wrinkles.. No sunscreen in my house..
