Maybe that was i been going thru in past months. If before i get swerling feeling in 4th chakra and so called anxiety attacks ( feels like heart bouncing back and forth inside) Recently like a week now , inluding now i feel like i'm on drugs or something and i'm not ... Just yesterday alone my head felt weird , felt like brain "vibrationg" , swurling in 4th chakra, feeling i want to jump of my skin, when i look , in my vision time to time things how should i decribe right everything i drop my eyes on shakes sort of ... Due to this state i couldn't sleep , sit still , nor breathing helped .At one point i just burst in tears , cuz i didn't know what to do , how to get back to normal state
