They do own a lot of 'blue chip' stocks (i.e. Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Amazon....) and they are now in the process of selling the real estate in Brooklyn....(Columbia street, Brooklyn Heights riverfront. Along with hundreds of thousands of square footage of prime real estate within walking distance.)

CNBC did a short piece on the fact that their buildings will catch a great price due to the diligence that they put into keeping them restored and operating room clean.
