I don't believe it either. I live across the river from Detroit and pretty much grew up in that city and never had one problem every.

The black people I've met there are incredible people and really are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. And that is the reason Detroit will always be one of the greatest cities. Don't pay attention to those bullshit videos you see on youtube and base your judgement on the city based on the amount of run down buildings you see. People are what make a city great and Detroit has some of the greatest people in the world.
