Then we certainly need to do an independent investigation through the new global authority. This is one of those cases where this type of thing is needed. Perhaps that is the design, I dont know. They create and foster these psychopaths so they can CRACK down on them under the global justice authority; make an example of them; and gain legitimacy and public support at the same time.

Sounds like something I could get behind. Normally I am very critical of the idea; but we are getting no justice now.

From what I could tell in the video only one trooper present made a statement that refuted what his fellow troopers claimed.

They, even the so-called "good ones", usually don't go against their own for fear of loss of their jobs and worse!

In my opinion the "good ones", who don't do this kind of thing but who keep silent, are just as bad as the others.

If any of the troopers lose their job over this it could be the one that made the statement that went against his fellow troopers. It will be for other made-up reasons, of course, but they will try to get him eventually.

I'm glad the retired trooper made the video viral.

They are not only out of control, spineless cowards, they think they arew above the law they are supposed to enforce.

IOn my own small town, I have experienced unbelievable situations involving domestic and property situations, WHERE, they threaten YOU for the criminal behavior of others whom your reporting a breaking of the laws they are supposed to arrest !

Exact words of THIRD officer who shows up to question me " Are you SURE you want to file the charges, Mr. ________ ? " "Yes, I do !"

Police officer " Remember, he KNOWS where YOU LIVE." A threat from the officer FOR the criminal, as I see it.

AND by the police chief, in front of a witness ( NOT a relative ) and several officers, grinning " If we go to your house, we'll arrest YOU. " Me, on what charge ? Police Chief " I don't know; we'll make up one when we get there !"

this is totally unacceptable behavior on the behalf of troopers involved. there is no justification for the amount of force used, period. troopers are not judge and executioner. if the perp was in the wrong it is his right to due process.period. if cops acted appropriately, they wouldnt get shot. they are suppose to be the pen. finest. i find it hard to respect people with such disregard for the system they are sworn to uphold. adrenaline junkies. this is going viral, already 30,000 view in 6 days. god speed to leonee, his family, and the state trooper who has brought this to the forefront. there is a reckoning coming coppers...

the right to arrest does not imply a right to assualt...summary punishment is anathama to a constitutional republic and "due process of law"....these officers are CRIMINALS and should be disposed of as such....citizens should be in open rebellion.

Most cops start out with good intentions but once they receive their badge, batman belt, and get a taste of having the power to enforce obedience or compliance, these previously good intentions are out the window.

Most people can't handle having authority. Especially those who lack proper education, which applies to most police officers.

There are documented cases of people who have done the above and still had their asses beat down. One guy in California "complied" to the letter of the law and they beat him to death. Its not that simple.

You're a moron. He fights back and spits on them. He ignores sirens and lights for almost a half hour. He's on Amphetamines and they were detected in tests. Just because he got his ass beat, he's suddenly the victim? What about the the hit-and-run he just did before the video? Yes we do know what the case is, it was in the papers and on the net. The victim was an astronomer, with the last name Leone... I wonder what Mr. Leone discovered that became covered up? Clearly the cops attempted to silence him, and it worked.
