"Through prayer and meditation, we are doing something beneficial that reflects on thousands of people in the world. We are preparing their hearts and minds to accept the ‘new heaven’ – a philosophy of light – and the ‘new earth’ – a new, fraternal way of life – which St John speaks of in the book of Revelations. As a result, when people encounter these ideas they will understand them without a great deal of explanation, because their psychic faculties, their sensitivity and intuition will already have been contacted and awakened.

It is still so difficult for human beings to understand the spiritual life because their sense organs, the subtle centres which would enable them to feel it and live it, are dormant. In the new life, only a few words will suffice for people to feel and even see what is as yet invisible. It will no longer be possible for them to doubt the realities of the spiritual world and the importance of striving to live them."
