It's very clear that an earthquake with magnitude of 7.0 or above will happen on September 24th, 2012
If it doesn't happen on September 24th, it will happen on September 25th.
Earthquakes with magnitude of 7.0 or above usually happen once per month on average...
Well, I'm 100% sure that it will happen on September 24th, 2012 (more likely) or September 25th, 2012 (less likely).
