Total logic fail.

The federal government (all branches of it now) don't give a rats ass what the constitution says. Obama could be a blue Smurf born on Mars and it woudln't change that fact that Obamacare is still the law of the land because the people who make the laws don't recognize any constitutional requirements or limts on their powers and the peole who are supposed to keep that power in check have no integrity whatsoever.

When are people going to get this through their thick heads? This is what happens when you elect immoral unprincipled people for decades who hire and appoint people just like themselves to unelected career jobs and life time appointments with no possiblity for any popular election to ever remove them from the machine.
