Martin Luther may have not been a card member of the Rosicrucians, but his actions were actually in accord with Rosicrucianism like those of French Philosopher Rene Descartes and Baruch Spinoza. The Rosicrucians were very Hermetic in those days. Today, they are less secret, but many admire them for what they did for the evolution of Humanity.
