I just left the Church (as an organisation) and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
I have lost belief in the christian concepts of god as a male patriarch and jesus as the saviour long long time ago. I don't think god wants to be worshiped as the big guy. That sounds too much like crappy human stuff of a wrecked psyche.

Since then, I replaced all that with a new belief: god is both, male and female. (S)He is the unity of those two opposites. Anything else doesn't make sense. If you think Jesus is the saviour, I got news for you: the saviour is a concept invented to keep the people inactive and dosile.

Enlightenment is the goal. And all the people hoping for a saviour are running down the cliffs because they don't even try to reach it.

As the logic conclusion, I left the roman-catholic church today. They even charged me 50 bucks for it... But the high feeling i have right now was totally worth it.

I know i will get bashed for saying this out loud, since GLP has become the mainbase for religious zealots, but I have no problem with that.

But before you bash me, keep this in mind:

I am no atheist, I still pray to the highest power: the all-creator of everything that exists. Don't you christians intend to do the same?

Also, god is no-body. It's The spark that enflames your consciousness and the impulse that let's the tree grow. But even more than that, I think it is the great administrator that let's the galaxys rotate and the planets align. In sacred geometric order. Why else would the earth be in the goldocks zone. Why else would the sun have the exact same size as the moon on our sky-panorama. Someone had to lay out the rules and design the fractal concepts of plant-growth and all other living entities.

I speak about the organisation "church".
But I have to admit, I don't know all the details about the church in the US of A.

All i can tell are my experiences with the german roman-catholic church. And believe me - they are creepy.

Also, I talk more about the spiritual matters than the material ones.

About the same here. Haven't belonged to organized religion in many years, but I'm more spiritual than when I did. BTW, why did they charge you 50 bucks?

Organized religion is totally man-made in order to control the masses - so to speak.
There is some higher power that had to have created this mess that we all live in - cosmic dust sparks stars, etc..
The ptb do not want us to know or uncover how or why things are the way they are - because I believe that They really do not know either.hiding
