I have lost belief in the christian concepts of god as a male patriarch and jesus as the saviour long long time ago. I don't think god wants to be worshiped as the big guy. That sounds too much like crappy human stuff of a wrecked psyche. Quoting: •••Weltschmerz••• Since then, I replaced all that with a new belief: god is both, male and female. If you think Jesus is the saviour, I got news for you: the saviour is a concept invented to keep the people inactive and dosile. Enlightenment is the goal. And all the people hoping for a saviour are running down the cliffs because they don't even try to reach it. As the logic conclusion, I left the roman-catholic church today. They even charged me 50 bucks for it... But the high feeling i have right now was totally worth it. I know i will get bashed for saying this out loud, since GLP has become the mainbase for religious zealots, but I have no problem with that. But before you bash me, keep this in mind: I am no atheist, I still pray to the highest power: the all-creator of everything that exists. Don't you christians intend to do the same? About the same here. Haven't belonged to organized religion in many years, but I'm more spiritual than when I did. BTW, why did they charge you 50 bucks? That I asked them, too. They couldn't give me a straight answer so someone mumbled: its custom in this state ... But i have to say, I had to pay the money to the civil registry office, not the church per se. |

I don't get why you had to pay them . I just stopped being a Catholic when I learned the truth about the Church and became born-again of the Spirit . In fact , it is God's desire that we leave the Whore of Babylon . And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. Revelation 18:4 |

I will never, not believe in my creator GOD!!! Never forget he loves and forgives us!!! |

But when you consider that EVERYONE else has to play by a different set of rules than churches do, it makes you wonder just what the reason for that is. Don't you christians intend to do the same? friend I don't want to be rude..but ask yourself this simple question...do you believe you were artificially and genetically created by a higher being..to basically be an organic robot...or do you believe you are natural product of your parents? that will tell you the truth of whether you believe in fake hierarchal order systems or naturel bipolar existence. Because whether we like it or not... we (and everything else in the universe were created under one constant condition...and that condition is bipolar interaction. meaning no matter what we choose to believe or delude ourselves we will never escape the fact the we were naturally or artificially created by bipolar energy and matter....which means that even if there was a godlike singularity..it would be naturally bipolar and unstable too...the rest is delusion really to try and seperate and control the outcomes of this fundemental truth. Which ironnically (and onserveably) can never change. so it doesn't matter what we believe ..one way or the other..if you understand what I'm saying..and luckily every gets re-used and recycled in the infinite bipolar process |

God bless. |

GOOD FOR YOU.......GOOD FOR YOU...... just picture that statement FILLING THIS SPACE. I was also raised catholic and hated every minute of going to church every Sunday...but my mom was a divorced lady and got her 'strength' from the church......(how, I have no idea!!) But it got her thru a lot of negative things in her life....hey, to each their own.....me? I left home at 19 and only go into a church for a wedding, nothing else. And I always tell my friends, when I do go into a church, to watch out for the bolt of lightening!! lol... I am spiritual and not religious....DESPISE all organized religions, every one of them!! "Do unto others'...is what my dad always taught us.....he seldom went to church..it was my older brother and mom who were 'religious'... I go into orbit when I think of all the wealth the catholic church has, and I think the Vatican should be bombed off the face of the earth.........I better stop before my blood pressure goes sky-high!! anyway, you get my drift!!!! and congratulations again for leaving.......you say they CHARGED YOU $50 for leaving? I'd tell them where they could go with their damn $50........did you actually pay it?? and what would they have done if you hadn't?? anyway, you ARE MUCH BETTER OFF NOW....... and reading your post has made my day!!!!!!
