I just saw this on the videos about INHERITED emotions - Dr Nelson says that the person who is having the session releases the emotion and so do all the people from him/her straight up to the ancestor who originally experienced the emotion.
BUT NOT
any siblings or children...

so if you have had INHERITED emotions released, your kids may still have them as well as your brothers or sisters, if they inherited them.
