Armageddon Thru To You User ID: 14384867 United States 07/07/2012 11:04 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's America, read the book "The end of America" by John Price, his argument is unimpeachable. When the bible refers to Babylon as a a City, it means a City-State as in Rome. For example, when talking news heads start off the news by saying, "Washington today voted to..." It's not Washington D.C., they are talking about, but the city that it represents. America is represented by several cities. John Price is offering a kindle version for 99 cents (the lowest Amazon will allow because he wants everyone to read this. I highly recommend it. |

Babylon is located in the middle east a.k.a. IRAQ. It is not some abomination name that God came up with. Rome is the capital of Italy. Last Edited by Naben on 07/08/2012 01:38 AM |

That person is only doing it for the money. Jesus stated in the word that Christians can not serve GOD and MONEY (Luke 16:13). Jesus also stated through the word that there will be many false prophets and teachers who goes against God's word (1 John 4:1). You have to keep what is written and not go beyond what is written. God/Bible warns not to add or subtract from it (Revelation 22:18-19). The bible does not mentioned anything about the AMERICA, but it does mentioned about the King of the North who will cause desolation. Last Edited by Naben on 07/08/2012 01:00 AM |

Also bible scholars from the reformation were convinced the Vatican was the only place that perfectly fits the biblical description. I believe back then before tv people put a lot more work into their bible study then today. |

Washington was inaugurated in NYC. It was the first capital of the United States. Remember 9-11? There was a reason and those who committed the act were being used as a tool as were their leaders. I will reference Isa 9:10. Funny how Dashchle (the Speaker at the time) uttered the same words as that verse. That sycamore that is immortalized in bronze saved the church where this country was consecrated to God. I won't go into the UN that is a subject that's beaten to death around here. For that matter the idol that sits in the harbor amongst others. What makes the world go around? I've heard it said it was money. Jesus said one cannot serve two masters he will love one and hate another. How is it that CNBC puts it? Oh that's right the financial capital of the world. Washington doesn't run the world NYC does. True there is no shortage of canidates for the dubious honor of the whore of Babylon. It could even be the be the original site or Rome. I've been taught by men all of those theories. I mentioned Isiah 9:10 before. The why lies in Isiah 10:1-5, it's best to read the whole chapter. James (Jesus' half brother) refined it in his fifth chapter. I could go on and on, but I would bore you. May Our Holy, Merciful and Mighty Father bless all of you |

Assuming it does say that I would think it means god loves the Catholics who believe they are properly serving him even though they worship Mary who was a mortal. Quoting: wiede 19329706 Roman:1-17 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God— the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures regarding his Son, who as to his human nature was a descendant of David, 4and who through the Spirit of holiness was declared with power to be the Son of God by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord. 5Through him and for his name’s sake, we received grace and apostleship to call people from among all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith. And you also are among those who are called to belong to Jesus Christ. To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ. Paul’s Longing to Visit Rome First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is being reported all over the world. God, whom I serve with my whole heart in preaching the gospel of his Son, is my witness how constantly I remember you in my prayers at all times; and I pray that now at last by God’s will the way may be opened for me to come to you. I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong— that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith. I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that I planned many times to come to you (but have been prevented from doing so until now) in order that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles. I am obligated both to Greeks and non-Greeks, both to the wise and the foolish. That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you who are at Rome. I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jewish, then for the Gentile. For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” Last Edited by Naben on 07/08/2012 12:46 AM |

Quoting: wiede 19329706 Roman Catholic is not mentioned in the bible. Catholic is just a another false denomination, it's not of God, it's of the devil. Just because the Catholics consider themselves Roman Catholic, doesn't mean that they are Romans or from Rome. Last Edited by Naben on 07/08/2012 12:35 AM |

The message the Vatican gives the people is against god like the pope being able to forgive sins, putting bones of dead saints in the altars, changing the Sabbath to Sunday just to name a few. Clearly the Vatican isn't following the bible I read I think the Vatican uses the crucifix as its sign its continuously crucifying Christ. |

Naben (OP) User ID: 1534369 United States 07/08/2012 12:40 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There's nothing for me to interpret, the prophets in the bible have already interpreted it for us. They receive revelations/visions, and they interpret them for us to know the meaning behind the symbols. I suggest you start reading your bible and lay off of man's interpretations of scriptures if you want the truth. I gave you truth through cross referencing scriptures. I don't go slandering nations and people by saying, "it's AMERICA or HILLARY CLINTON." Last Edited by Naben on 07/08/2012 12:55 AM |

Many falsely think it must refer to a city but it is actually a nation. Babylon was a classic city-state and that hints to us what Mystery Babylon is. A nation, not a city. |
