If Jesus was so anti-war, then why didn't he rebuke the centurion who asked him to heal his daughter?



He wasn't a follower of Jesus at that point. History shows that when one became a Christian that person left the military and political office. And if they were in the military and could not leave at that moment then they refused to fight.
