but let me tell you white vans are EVERYWHERE in this city. there EVERYWHERE all over the uk. theyre probably EVERYWHERE worldwide

we even have a phrase here - 'white van man' - generally denoting the poor driving skills of said driver

just really COMMONPLACE all over london, theyre not what you would call synonymous with bombs. people dont cross the street to avoid them

most of this is extrapolated to the point of comedy, particularly in the first video
