New Jupiter mark is very dark in NEB....almost as dark as 2009 Wesley mark | |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 1166283 United States 07/10/2012 01:57 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Astronomers have been remarking for several days that the disturbance in the NEB is great. These are the darkest marks I have seen in a very long while. It indicates carbon when it is that dark, but that has to come only from extreme heating of elements inside Jupiter. |

The join between NEB and EZ has some interesting dark stuff... The EZ contains a wavy line of dark stuff passing underneath the two dark spots, would looks good at high res." from Anthony Wesley remarking on the spots... The darkest ones actually fall more in the EZ (Equatorial Zone) |

This is only possible if a Jupiter ignition is strong enough to throw some of its mass to Earth's atmosphere and disturb it strongly. To warm up Jupiter's moon's for exploration reasons, possible far future colonization |

IR points it out as the very dark area in the EZ band. This is what was prominent on the very first image I posted that exposed this lower area using IR. It's being covered by a thin layers of white clouds over it. |
