Possible , hell the major highways here are always used for drug trafficking. Hell they busted a guy driving an 18 wheeler once along time ago on I 95 here with 50 million dollars worth of cocaine. Says a lot,don't it? I think the states get kick backs for letting the shit go thru. They pull and bust a few here and there to make it look like they're on the job.
