I'll see you there too...i'll be the one laughing and nakey. |

Miscreant User ID: 278 United States 01/04/2006 04:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Freyja, if you could tell me how to get to that space, I'd really appreciate it. I feel like I have keys (facts) that can unlock the doors to truth (mystery), for those who are captive in religion and all I want to do is share it, but the blows are really hard. Harder still is the realization that people are choosing separation instead of love. It's not ignorance. It's a choice to be self-serving and it blows my mind and deflates me at the same time. Do you think it's right to just gather up our pearls and turn our backs? It would be soooo much easier. Just letting go. When the Church took over the Jesus myths, they killed the Mystery by literalizing it. When they destroyed the Goddess, they destroyed a pathway towards higher consciousness. They became the monster and spawned the children of our egotistical, self-serving power cultures. The crime of the millenium(s). I love you. 99.999% of what affects our reality will be undetectable by our senses. Man must learn to think for himself rather than follow blindly what he has been taught. -Buckminster Fuller |

Freyja (OP) User ID: 3454 United States 01/04/2006 04:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Lieh-tzu was studying with his teacher Hu-tzu. "Before you understand what it means to act, you need to know what it means to react," said Hu-tzu. "Can you tell me more about this?" "Turn around and look at your shadow." Leih-tzu turned around and looked at his shadow. When he was bent, the shadow was bent. When he straightened up, his shadow straightened. Leih-tzu found that his shadow had no control over its movement and simply reacted to what he did. It was only then that Lieh-tzu realized we are also like shadows, reacting to events in the world. We are not the mover of events; we can only respond to situations. Whether we should be active or passive does not depend on what we want to do, but what the situation calls for. -- Eva Wong, Lieh-Tzu thank you for the lead...i found this on a great site. |

Celador User ID: 58355 United States 01/04/2006 05:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Miscreant, you expressed some of my concerns when you said "people are choosing separation instead of love" and "is it right to just gather up our pearls and turn our backs?" From "Biology of Belief" Quote: "Many spiritual people anticipate the return of White Light to the planet...from my newly acquired spirituality, I see that White Light will only return to the planet when every human being recognizes every other human being as an individual frequency of the White Light. As long we keep destroying frequencies of the spectrum, we will not be able to experience the White Light." Can we leave them behind in all conscience or am I being really obtuse? In the gap between your thoughts shines something far brighter than the sun, more profound than all of the universe...and too beautiful to even imagine |

Do I have a responsibility to share my knowledge? Once you have A truth (not THE exclusive but a fractal of the ONE truth, in which the piece you hold contains the whole thing), is it ok to just go off and be a hermit? Cause, I'll be honest, I'm really disgusted with people lately and it would be a relief to just let it all go. However, the Hero's Return is the part people don't hear much about. The bringing back of Light (Sun, gnosis) to humanity. Is this an obligation so that we may one day fulfill the ancient promise of all of us returning to the garden? 99.999% of what affects our reality will be undetectable by our senses. The idea of enlightenment creates the sense of unenlightenment. Or, the idea of unenlightenment creates the need for enlightenment. I believe this is called polarization. All of our spiritual paths create this dilemma. And then we end up needing to be liberated from our enlightenment! A more Elemental approach to life is called for. |

Is it an obligation to give people facts that will free them from an evil spell so that they may pursue their own enlightenment? Seriously, I'd like to know if there's some sort of karmic decree. But the points you made were really good ones. I don't feel trapped by enlightenment. Quite the opposite I feel seduced by it. I just wonder if that is not compassionate or whatever. 99.999% of what affects our reality will be undetectable by our senses. Once you have A truth (not THE exclusive but a fractal of the ONE truth, in which the piece you hold contains the whole thing), is it ok to just go off and be a hermit?" --------- What I'm pondering is that there's no real reason to *have* to teach anyone anything. Everyone already knows everything, they're just playing a story. In order for the story to happen, they had to have a certain degree of forgetting occur. Now..since everyone and everything is all One source, they are reflecting portions of you back to you...you as the One. If you desire to teach, then that's your story...and you have to forget that there's nothing to teach and no out there out there, in order to desire to do it. But if you remember these things, then the urge to teach is actually *not* likely to rise up in you. If you go off and live as a hermit, BUT you put your beliefs into practice, then helping yourself, helps the whole universe. What's inside is what you see outside. Your beliefs shape your world. Your inner alchemical refinement is all in all. Ceci (my present opinion only) |
