I physically feel ill. Like my lower body is "off" somehow. does anyone else feel like this? (and yes, I already took a shit this morning.) lol!

Actually it's very common to feel magnetic changes of the earth and atmosphere as we are also electromagnetic beings. Things that have helped me are eating fruit, going barefoot outside in the lawn, extra antioxidents, and even taking a tablespoon of organic EVO.  Nothing like the feeling of cool green grass between the toes while enjoying the day. What a great day. Nothing with the compass, but I have marker set to show deviation from time of setup.
