I'm not sure it has anything to with killing...

Hilda Ellis Davidson draws links to the sword placed in Barnstokkr to marriage oaths performed with a sword in pre-Christian Germanic societies, noting a potential connection between the carrying of the sword by a young man before the bride at a wedding as a phallic symbol, indicating an association with fertility. Davidson cites records of wedding ceremonies and games in rural districts in Sweden involving trees or "stocks" as late as the 17th century, and cites a custom in Norway "surviving into recent times" for "the bridegroom to plunge his sword into the roof beam, to test the 'luck' of the marriage by the depth of the scar he made".

Yod

[link to www.hebrew4christians.com]

'Y'

Masculine symbol.

10 letter Hebrew alphabet.

In summary, the Path of The Hermit – the Path of Yod (which leads to Tiphereth at the very heart of the Cabbalistic Tree) – is a path on which the traveller will encounter all those destructive and generative energies of Nature which are associated with Cronus-Saturn. On this path, sacrifices are made as the old order is broken down, insemination takes place and a period of gestation begins. Past, present and future; the energies of 7 (Saturn’s alchemical number), 9 and 10; and the energies of 4 (Chesed: the material world) and 6 (Tiphereth: The Way) – all must be encountered on this path before a new birth can occur and bring new order and new creative energies to the traveller’s world.

Can you expound?

 Quoting: Seer777

As Jews are forbidden to say or write the Tetragrammaton in full, when reading the Torah they use the term Adonai.

Christians do not have any prohibitions on vocalizing the Tetragrammaton; in most Christian translations of the Bible, "LORD" is used in place of the Tetragrammaton after the Hebrew Adonai, and is written with small capitals (or in all caps) to distinguish it from other words translated "Lord".

God gives his name as (Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh), translated most basically as "I am that I am" (or "I Will Be What I Will Be")

Indra's net springs to mind
 Quoting: aether

um... wtf

That is extremely close to my lattice vision. It is what I have called a 'true singularity', and what I have been trying to describe in a more accurate way.

Indra's net (also called Indra's jewels or Indra's pearls) is a metaphor used to illustrate the concepts of emptiness,[2] dependent origination,[3] and interpenetration[4] in Buddhist philosophy.
 Quoting: indra's net

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

That's exactly what I did, see it. Problem was, there wasn't any kind of solid visual. At first, it was just dark. Then, It was blackness with ghost traces of lattice...not really static, and not a 2D lattice. This one was not visual as much as viewing causes which have yet to attain structure/function. It was infinite, yet had no depth. The blackness wasn't a color or anything like that. It was an absence of any type of structure/function, so there was just nothing to 'see'.

When I was in SoCal, I surfed Del Mar. Didn't go anywhere else when I was in the south.

Was going to hit Rincon, but the waves were small that day. Surfed just north of Huntington for a couple days, away from the high school and 'college' kids that permeate that area.

Scripps...that rings a bell.

I hit another place for a few days that had some excellent 3-4 footers that were really fun. Can't remember the name of the break, but it was in front of some small military base.
