That was hard to watch. I didn't get all the way through it.

My mother and I were discussing the very same as far as floating on ones back.

I find it completely effortless as does she.

I hear some are unable, I find that strange.

Close eyes and just flow bro.

I have slowly been rising, this time, it is a slow controlled pace, unlike others, the extremes and speeds were immense, have faith your words are reaching where they need to, when they need to, all is as it should be.

They teach them to swim and float, swim and float, from above a certain age, and just to float and cry for little ones, watch till end he has big smile with daddy.

Looks like a wonderful life preserving technique.

Axo I think they call it an eye because it has characteristics of an eye. Something about shape or lens. In olden days people used this to see more. Breathing in Chi/Ki was different to apparently. The Sunlight can awaken this too is the way it sounds.

I will say that when I first started meditating and even before when focused forward with my eyes closed, I would see an eye.

Just one. Centered in the field. And larger than a regular eye.

I have heard others see this as well.

Perhaps that is where the 'eye' concept derived.
