The 'ones' within the ego mind complex....which have feed for a loooonnnng time. Now a free lunch is harder to find.......the emotions within each will find the strength to understand 'which' is of their own being and by doing so 'find the thief' within them. Imaginal Psychology is a recent branch of psychology which considers soul to be psychology’s primary concern. Central to this new discipline is the idea that the 'soul' expresses itself in images, and that care of the soul requires that we pay great attention to the images we 'inhabit'. This approach to psychology draws on a variety of spiritual traditions, the religious beliefs of indigenous peoples, mythology, literature and poetry, Deep Ecology, and social critique. nobody User ID: 1242245 United Kingdom 10/04/2013 05:02 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes. I nearly posted this earlier... An asterisk. 'God Particle' indeed. Cuneiform as well. ;) Haha... ... Quoting: Seer777 An asterisk (*"little star") is a typographical symbol or glyph. It is so called because it resembles a conventional image of a star. In English, an asterisk is usually five-pointed in sans-serif typefaces, six-pointed in serif typefaces, and six- or eight-pointed when handwritten. It can be used to censor out swear words or objectionable text. The asterisk is derived from the need of the printers of family trees in feudal times for a symbol to indicate date of birth. The original shape was seven-armed, each arm like a teardrop shooting from the center. Fluid Mechanics In fluid mechanics, an asterisk in superscript is sometimes used to mean a property at sonic speed [link to en.wikipedia.org] :) That reminds me.... All I have to do is prove to it that you don't exist. I'm not the one who called it the God particle. ... Quoting: Obsequious Pachyderm The Higgs Boson, according to science. And as it "exists" in the quantum/subquantum realm it requires huge amounts of machinery manipulating the same fields that consciousness interacts with directly just to detect. Supercolliders and such. Correct? Yes... Much like churches. They are large edifices that are erected, people and their beliefs in their God occupy them. That is their primary purpose. Churches are held up to the world as the image of the ineffable God, complete with effigies in the front. The Higgs Boson is no different. It would not exist without the shrines that people point to as proof of existence. As far as most of the church are concerned, they are the life of the church and God "lives within them". Very much like scientists thinking the Boson exists elsewhere and comes to be seen with the proper coddling and circumstances. Here's the crux, of the matter. Without the machinery science has no empirical evidence of the existence of their God Particle. It is faith only and differs nothing from religion. If the machinery is questioned though, it is the machinery that asserts to the mind of the scientists that such a particle does indeed exist. But that is no proof of a particle either, it is proof that a machine believes in a particle. Scientists just believe in the machine. And since once the machine turns off the "particle" vanishes, at the very best, it can only be said that the Higgs Boson lasts just long enough to travel backwards through time becoming ever simpler machinery, until it becomes the most simple machine of all. Man. Neither God nor particle. ... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 20093181 their experiments lack secondary verification. their techniques have brought up questions as to the introduction of outside influences but i have no problem toasting their progress [link to en.wikipedia.org] Secondary is an adjective meaning "second" or "second hand". It may refer to: The group of (usually at least four) defensive backs in American football and Canadian football An obsolete name for the Mesozoic in geosciences The secondary winding, or the electrical or electronic circuit connected to the secondary winding in a transformer Secondary color Secondary consumers in ecology Trophic dynamics Secondary dominant in music Secondary education Secondary school - The type of school at the secondary level of education Secondary market, an aftermarket where financial assets are traded Secondary market offering Secondary mirror, second mirror element/focusing surface in a reflecting telescope Secondary neoplasm Secondaries, the second-largest group of remiges (wing feathers), which attach to the inner lower arm Private equity secondary, investment in an existing private equity fund or other alternative asset Be sure to thank the Queen for a language that defeats all veracity in imaginary pursuits. Only a Higgs Boson would be able to identify a Higgs Boson. [link to en.wikipedia.org] Quoting: Azeratel Axo ... Tesla exhibited a pre-atomic understanding of physics in his writings; he disagreed with the theory of atoms being composed of smaller subatomic particles, stating there was no such thing as an electron creating an electric charge (he believed that if electrons existed at all they were some fourth state of matter or sub-atom that could only exist in an experimental vacuum and that they had nothing to do with electricity). Tesla believed that atoms are immutable—they could not change state or be split in any way. He was a believer in the 19th century concept of an all pervasive "ether" that transmitted electrical energy. Tesla was generally antagonistic towards theories about the conversion of matter into energy. He was also critical of Einstein's theory of relativity, saying: I hold that space cannot be curved, for the simple reason that it can have no properties. It might as well be said that God has properties. He has not, but only attributes and these are of our own making. Of properties we can only speak when dealing with matter filling the space. To say that in the presence of large bodies space becomes curved is equivalent to stating that something can act upon nothing. I, for one, refuse to subscribe to such a view. Tesla claimed to have developed his own physical principle regarding matter and energy that he started working on in 1892 and in 1937, at age 81, claimed in a letter to have completed a "dynamic theory of gravity" that "[would] put an end to idle speculations and false conceptions, as that of curved space". He stated that the theory was "worked out in all details" and that he hoped to soon give it to the world. Further elucidation of his theory was never found in his writings. ... What was Tesla talking about here? He was wrong about the atoms thing... and yet... .... Was it Orgone he was hitting on here? :hmmm: We have the entirety of an illuminist thread that speaks of base informational transference and the predicates of field. All energy subscribes to the building or diminuition (bending)of fields, As describes the interests of concious motivation. I described the base unit as a polar quadrated cube and ascribed to it the proclivity to bend to the shifting inherencies of field may they be coherent or incoherent. Flow and static. Static being the antithesis of the directionality of biased flow.
