That's the one. lol.

The alcohol?

Not sure what I am fighting. Frustrating to say the least.
 Quoting: Seer777

Yes the alcohol. When made right it has basically no hangover because hangover is caused by all the things in alcohol that is not alcohol. The sugar, coloring etc etc.
Shine is just super refined alcohol. You put it in shot glasses and sip on it.

I have a new version of Debian i am fixing to install. Currently debating kernel rebuilds.

I imagine that tastes a bit like sipping on really strong vodka? Not a vodka fan personally speaking. Whiskey, beer, or wine for me. I don't really get hangovers. few times a year maybe. I drink slow.

Yeah. I dunno. Bout ready to dropkick this laptop. But then I won't have one.

It tastes like whatever you distill it from. The corn mash makes a real clear shine like your describing. This was made from apples and they dropped cinnamon sticks into the mason jars to balance the flavor out.

You can always restore or go back to factory conditions and see if it cleans up the inconsistencies for you.

I see. That sounds okay then.

I don't know how to do that. I have another HD at home with Windows loaded. Although, I am pretty sure there are broken sectors on that one.

Wouldn't mind having Windows back. I miss it. Linux is not very user friendly to my sense.

Well you need a rescue disk for that hd most likely. That will bring it back to life if its salvageable. You could also burn windows onto your current laptop and have a dual boot setup where you could choose which OS you wanted to use everytime you turned on your laptop.

There is also something like this you can try.

[link to sourceforge.net] I know linux isnt supposed to need defrag but some people have found that software helpful.

Aether. My diet consist of lean meats and vegetables for the most part. A lot of rice for things like stirfry too.

For example instead of a sandwich i use tortillas and spread mayo or whatever spread you like and i sprinkle some greek seasoning onto the mayo. Then i use anywhere from 1/2 to a pound of turkey, deli sliced, and arrange it on a plate so that it will fit inside my wrap and then heat it up with some shredded cheese on top. Then i put it in the wrap and add some leafy greens like baby spinach and onions and banana peppers. Some rooster sauce on top and anything else i want in it.

Then i wrap that shit up and chow down. They have wraps made from spinach that are green and really good also.

I also use the smaller tortillas and fold them like a taco if you want something smaller.

I feel great most the time and stay lean eating like this.

Aether. My diet consist of lean meats and vegetables for the most part. A lot of rice for things like stirfry too.

For example instead of a sandwich i use tortillas and spread mayo or whatever spread you like and i sprinkle some greek seasoning onto the mayo. Then i use anywhere from 1/2 to as pound of turkey, deli sliced, and arrange it on a plate so that it will fit inside my wrap and then heat it up with some shredded cheese on top.

I eat whatever i want on fridays. I get a shit load of fat once a week. I like some marble in my steaks as well. I fry up fat after a kill when im hunting sometimes. Its delicious.

It's not a perfect system but it keeps me in shape. I destroy boxes of granola bars and stuff for fiber.

I mean marrow and highly mineralized fats. Steak wise, any cut in and around the kidneys, as they transpose mineralized content.

If you hunt, keep and crack the bones. It keeps me the madman I am.
