That reminds of that 'longitudinal wave' thread.

The poster mentioned needing to be very careful.

But that is all I recall.

Thread: Longitudinal Waves.....I need to be careful how I word this....
 Quoting: Seer777

well remembered

what we are thinking at this moment is this:

Tesla's system of wireless transmission of power and communications was not through the sky, but through the earth, as in the actual ground. While it did naturally reach out into the atmosphere, the earth itself was the main conductor.

Tesla discovered a completely new kind of electrical energy, one that was faster than the speed of light and did not lose strength as it was transmitted. Hence it was NOT electro magnetic. It has come to be called scalar waves by some but the proper term is longitudinal waves. Eric calls this energy in electrical form "dielectricity"

This new energy could send power through the earth and the earth amplified this energy as it traveled, meaning that one transmitting station could send one million volts through the ground and 5 receiving stations whether around the neighborhood or around the world could each receive one million volts, for a total of five million volts of power!

This energy could be used to send communications as well as power, and this was the case from 1900 to the 1919's until RCA refitted the landmark Bolinas plant and suppressed the Tesla longitudinal technology.

Re: X Marks the Spot
why does the planet mercury have no atmosphere? because it rotates only once per revolution around the sun. the moon has no atmosphere because it rotates so slowly around the earth. the lack of a sufficient rotation results in zero gravitational pull to retain an atmosphere. "gravitational pull" is a misnomer but it explains the concept well. the rotation of the earth in opposition to its atmosphere is responsible for the earth induced static charge that tesla alluded to.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55292449

see how this feels to your senses

Maybe the atmosphere is held on earth by its surrounding ionosphere.
 Quoting: Zyxzevn

I totally agree -- or rather, the way that I would say it would be that the surface charge is what holds onto the atmosphere. You correctly note that Venus, with less gravity than the Earth, has a thicker atmosphere. It also has almost no magnetic field, and supposedly the Earth's magnetic field is what keeps the atmosphere from getting swept away by the solar wind. And yet Venus is closer to the Sun, so the solar wind is more vigorous, and it has almost no magnetic field at all. With one more clue, the solution becomes obvious: of the atmospheres that you mentioned (Moon, Mars, Earth, and Venus), Venus' is far and away the most electrically active, with constant lightning strikes. Clearly, these are charged double-layers, clinging together due to the electric force.

Good morning everyone.

Cherry trees blossom six years early after a trip to space

In 2008 Japanese scientists decided to take a handful of cherry tree seeds (and by "handful" we mean over 250) to space. The embryonic plants spent eight months aboard the International Space Station as part of an educational project aimed at children. When the stones returned, 14 of them were selected and planted around Japan. The saplings were expected to bloom after 10 years of maturation. Instead, four of them sprouted flowers this year -- a full six years ahead of schedule.

We're not here to tell you folks how to get down in the club, but if you're a guy wanting to get noticed (in a good way) by the opposite sex the next time you're at the discotheque, listen up. Researchers at Northumbria University conducted a study to find out exactly what kind of gyrations draw in the ladies, and the keys to greatness on the dance floor may surprise you: an actively moving neck, head and torso and a fast moving right knee.

Stellar magnetism: empirical trends with age and rotation
[link to arxiv.org]

This is a gold mine. Just read the first paragraph, and we can begin.

First let's compare two models:
1. In the mainstream model, if a star contracts, it must spin up, in order to conserve angular momentum. Two ways around this (both mentioned in this article), are for a star to transfer angular momentum (via tidal interactions if the star is part of a multiple star system),or for the star to radiate away the angular momentum ("rotational braking...caused by interstellar winds which...are able to efficiently remove angular momentum of the star")
2. In the EU model, stars are not "isolated" in space, but exist in filaments. As we were just talking about in the thread on "how do you explain sunspot movement around the sun", we can explain sunspot rotation if the sun is in a filament (where the filament behaves as Dr. Scott describes). We get faster rotation out near the sun's equator, simply because the magnetic field is more azimuthal here. The relevant detail here, is we would get SLOWER rotation of sunspots, if we decreased the diameter of the sun within the filament (bring the whole sun in to where the field is more axial). We can get slower rotation of the sun, by decreasing it's diameter in Dr. Scott's filament. So where does the angular momentum "go"? It is conserved within the filament.

There was a point made by Michael Mozina, some time back, which was to the effect of "move the plasma, and the stars move with it". The point was, to stop thinking of stars as moving through space, and merely dragging these "wispy" filaments behind them . The filament governs the stars motion. By the same token, we must stop thinking of a star as spinning in space and merely "wrapping up" the filament with it. The filament contains most of the angular momentum, and a star can spin up or spin down within it. This only seems like a violation of angular momentum, because we "see" stars as spinning "isolated" in space.

We'll come back to the Zeeman broadening. First, has everyone worked out how Faraday rotation works (or should I say does not work) in Donald Scott's filaments? And snychrotron/cyclotron? The Zeeman was puzzling me, but the answers are in this article.

Thread: The Benefits of Telepathy

If the entirety of the human race were able to develop the ability to share thoughts and emotions, the results might be overwhelmingly positive. Essentially, the things that divide us are ideas and emotions which seem to conflict. If we had the ability to detect the whole of whatever we respectively thought and felt, we would be subject to the same emotional pain as every specific individual. In short, we would no longer be able to say, "You just don't understand how I feel." We would be forced to understand how everyone felt about everything. This would be painful at first. We would have some huge issues with privacy and a vast array of moral issues to sort through. But in the end, we would be united in a way which is currently impossible. I personally think everyone would be happier ultimately. We would (after hundreds of years of adaptation to this new ability) be free of guilt or repression or taboos. Everyone would pretty much just enjoy themselves and be comfortable with it. This is without mentioning all of the ethical and legal processes which would be positively affected by mass telepathy. Perhaps other advanced life forms have adapted this way.

remembering placing stuff in boxes in space can cause our good and great to "ponder" tounge

what is a hole
it is a space within something that possess no space
the consensus belief of mechanical universe states that the only anything that can make something move is a solid something labeled particle
thus no matter how micro investigation goes the illusion states there is always a smaller solid something to discover
thus
if you come to a location within your discovery that possess no possibility of a solid something existing you have discovered a hole
a hole in what
a hole in our universe

that is what the belief is
simple as that

The Max Planck Society for the Advancement of Science (German: Max-Planck-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Wissenschaften e. V.; abbreviated MPG) is a formally independent non-governmental and non-profit association of German research institutes publicly funded by the federal and the 16 state governments of Germany. It is named in honor of its former president, theoretical physicist Max Planck.

The nearly 80 research institutes of the Max Planck Society conduct basic research in the interest of the general public in the natural sciences, life sciences, social sciences, and the arts and humanities. They have a total staff of approx. 13,000 permanent employees, including 4,700 scientists, plus around 11,000 non-tenured scientists and guests.
 Quoting: observation

what the man from planck was shown is the evidence that invisible forces within our material dimension will form particles into designs of shape we label hole thus causing there to be no particles within the shape labeled hole
but
what happened when this happened
was this a doorway to god
was this a doorway to hell
was this a doorway to outside of our universe

no
it was particles within our universe shaped to form a design of no particles within the design thus the man from planck is forced to consider our universe is not only material, it is non material structure to
and
if the non material structure wished, it will structure material into designs we never knew could be true

this alters belief considerable /z\

the spirit of the holy place

is that "in" our head
or is it locations that cause altered state
 Quoting: aether

I thought it was in our head, and enhanced by locations.

Are we (people) considered locations?
 Quoting: CommonAnomoly

the way it is worded is locations as in:the holy spirit arises within location called holy
maybe it started with the ark
holy spirit in a box
box was placed in a temple (another box)

seems to be like that
 Quoting: aether

if you think about it
a box that causes altered state (field effect) upon approach and shoots lightening out of the box and causes visibly vortex in sky above the box if the lid if taken off could cause people to wonder

and the box came from egypt, famous for their boxes that to this day no one knows what they are/were used for but a lot of people are thinking "electricity" in association with the boxes and the structures the boxes were housed within in egypt

I'm thinking it doesn't actually have lightning come out of the box but draws it near the box.
