over the past several months, 6 to 9 times i estimate, before i sleep with my eyes open in the dark within a state of thought a very loud crack sound, similar to a pistol being fired inside my brain/head ,sounds off in an instant
no sensation or light only sound very loud
the last one a week ago was the loudest yet and i sat up amazed how accurately it mimicked a gunshot inside my head in the instant
Quoting: aether ditto, last one was experienced several days ago, woke me out of a twilight sleep. it was an audible explosion accompanied by a bright flash of light.
